A fabulous result of the sibbing of two of our fragrant clones of this grandparent of all modern pink Phalaenopsis hybrids ! The pod parent, ‘Fragrant Butterfly’, comes from a jungle strain producing tall branching spikes and was used in this sub cross to bring back the species vigor to this charming species. Producing gently cascading spikes of soft pink flowers over beautifully variegated foliage, this remains one of the most popular of all Phalaenopsis species, not only for its fragrance but for its attractiveness, whether in flower or not. A must for any Phal species collection !.
