At Annie’s Exotic Orchids, we take great care in packing and shipping healthy, high-quality plants. Due to the perishable nature of live orchids, please review our refund and return terms carefully.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email clear photos of the issue to [your email address].
• We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases, as orchids are live and perishable.

Plant Health on Arrival

All plants are checked before shipping. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Weather extremes
• Delays in transit
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped. After this, cancellations are not accepted.
