Paphiopedilum esquirolei f. alba is the rare green‑and‑white flowers.
It is a warm–intermediate to temperate species.
It produces large 8–12 cm flowers and grows well in shady to semi shade area with moderately damp conditions.
This species is closely related to Paph. hirsutissimum and Paph. chiwuanum, but differs in leaf length, inflorescence length, and hairiness.
It is found in Thailand and China at elevation of 500–1200 m.
It grows on humus pockets on cliffs, mossy rocks, on shaded forest floors
In Warm–intermediate with high humidity
This makes it much more heat‑tolerant than Himalayan species like venustum or wardii.
