Phalaenopsis coringiana
A rare, elegant species with soft colours, long-lasting blooms, and a gentle fragrance

Distinctive brown‑maroon barring on petals and sepals.
Lip is typically white with purple‑magenta highlights.
Colour intensity increases in warm, bright conditions.

Petals are slightly elongated with gentle curvature. Substance is moderately thick — not as waxy as violacea, but sturdier than sumatrana.
Fragrance, Light, sweet, slightly spicy fragrance.
Successive bloomer on long spikes.
Spikes remain active for months, sometimes years. Flowers last well and open sequentially.
Medium‑sized plant with broad, glossy leaves.
Leaves often show a slight bluish‑green tone.
Roots are thick, vigorous, and fast‑growing in heat.
Growth habit is similar to zebrina but slightly more compact.
