Paphiopedilum Angel Hair

Paphiopedilum Angel Hair is a spectacular multifloral slipper orchid hybrid combining the dramatic, long‑petalled elegance of Paph. sanderianum with the multi‑flowering vigour of Paph. Saint Swithin. It is one of the most striking straps‑leaf Paphiopedilums in cultivation, producing long, twisted petals and multiple blooms per spike.
This makes it a true Mastigopetalum‑section multifloral, with all the hallmarks of the long‑petalled species.
Form: Long, ribbon‑like, twisted petals inherited from sanderianum.
Mahogany, brown, yellow, and green tones depending on clone.
Strong striping and patterning typical of the philippinense/rothschildianum lineage.
Inflorescence: Multiple flowers on a single spike, often 3–6.
Bloom season: Spring to summer (intermediate–warm growers)
